I always appreciate going to City Cleaners because of the courteous and friendly service. I've only had one unfortunate experience when the cleaners gave me the wrong belt for my raincoat ( little more than a year ago).
the clerks in the store are always extremely friendly, courteous and very efficient.
The rug is much cleaner that I've been able to do myself in the past. It took an extra week than quoted, but that didn't really matter to me. It was still a reasonable time frame.

Drove up to pick up laundry. Young lady went in back and returned with my order, hung it in my car, told me it was charged to my Visa, and said “Thank you and have a good day Mr G.. .” She didn’t ever ask who I was or if she could help me. Just took care of business Very courteously. Great!
