The people are always kind, the service is excellent and I appreciate especially the notification when the work is done....
Staff is ALWAYS courteous and friendly. They even know my name, which I think is great! I have always had great service with City and have had some difficult pieces to clean: wedding gown and liturgical garments for our pastor, for example. Keep up the laser-focused customer service!

Jeff was professional and did a fantastic job. He took our curtains down & hung temporary curtains. Ours were cleaned and rehung the next day.

I recently had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved at City Cleaners on West Market St in Akron. Great service and decent pricing! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable every time I came in!
