Consistently outstanding service
Excellent service and staff
I spilled mustard on my white cotton pants. I tried everything I knew to do but couldn’t get the stain out. I thought the pants were ruined. I took them to the cleaners, they called to say they needed an extra day, but the stain is completely gone!! Thank you City Cleaners!
I went in to pick up my order. It was actually ready before my scheduled pickup time. And, as usual, I received both an email and text notification that it was ready, eliminating the need to remember the pickup time. The representative was cheerful, polite and efficient again, as usual. I couldn’t be happier with the service.
All of the employees are always exceptionally customer friendly. The quality of the cleaning is excellent. Best cleaners in Akron!
