Regretfully it took a week to get back our king size duvet cover and sheet. Then had to make an extra trip back to Crestline because even though I was contacted that order was ready it was only partially completed. This is my first experience when Champions did not meet expectations. Was told when I dropped duvet off it would be 2-3 days…

In the last month, three shirts and two pairs of pants were sent in your bag with a note about food stains. All were returned with food stains still visible. Friday two had a message on the hanger “stains remaining cannot be removed without causing damage...”. You have cleaned these shirts and pants many times in the past and removed the food stains. What has changed? When the pants came back with the stain, either red paint or blood, still there, I sprayed the stain with hydrogen peroxide and it disappeared. Bill Powers

Painful experience dealing with this cleaner. They double charged me, then hung up on me twice when I called about the overcharges. Told me “they didn’t care about me”. I fired them.
