I had a funeral suddenly come up and the local shop (Crestline ) was great in assisting me in processing my cleaning in a hurry. Personnel there were very understanding and professional and took the time to assist me. I greatly appreciated it.

I asked for heavy starch in my shirts but got no starch in my shirts
New client and was almost insulting that I ask for a receipt which they did not provide. Later did receive email. Clerk acted like I was silly spending money on cleaning a purse and asked if it was Designer. First of all none of her business and I do not have to have Designer Labels to take care of a purse. Took forever to find my purse with me having to make frequent calls trying to retrieve. The items did come out nice but a funny way to do business.
