Pick up was great and return was long but got here👍🏻. My only complaint is that the rugs were cleaned just ok
Took awhile but they got a big stain off my suede jacket and it looks amazing. Everyone was very nice. Price was reasonable.

The craftsmanship is good, as I expected and is usual. I would like for the receipts to be more descriptive to reflect price/discounts applied/taxes/etc. I try to bring items in related to the time of a discount, but I never know if I have gotten it.
