Polite and courteous...which isnt always easy given the nature of most of the public, especially after Covid. Have been going there for close to 25 years. Good people.

This time it was two garments, one needing a missing button, the needing repair of a torn belt-loop. As usual, the work couldn’t have been better. I left a skirt to be dry cleaned. I’ve never been disappointed with anything, at Carousel!!

An extremely disappointing , if not terrible, experience. They charged me different prices for two identical shirts made of the same material, claiming the difference was due to one shirt being made of thinner cotton. Further down the line, they completely lost a black velvet tuxedo jacket and a very valuable Hermès scarf. They had entered both my last name and phone number incorrectly, so we spent over half an hour searching for the missing items, and it was I who located them in the store—an experience to forget.

I felt it was too expensive and the cost I had cleaned looked as though it had just been ironed and nothing else. There were still bits of lint on it!
