An extremely disappointing , if not terrible, experience. They charged me different prices for two identical shirts made of the same material, claiming the difference was due to one shirt being made of thinner cotton. Further down the line, they completely lost a black velvet tuxedo jacket and a very valuable Hermès scarf. They had entered both my last name and phone number incorrectly, so we spent over half an hour searching for the missing items, and it was I who located them in the store—an experience to forget.

I felt it was too expensive and the cost I had cleaned looked as though it had just been ironed and nothing else. There were still bits of lint on it!
The lady who I first met was not very friendly. My vest was cleaned beautifully . The lady whom I collected it up from was very pleasant indeed . To be greeted by a non smiling / welcoming assistant was not a good first impression. Made me question whether I should have gone elsewhere.

All my recent shirts have a chemical smell this distracting and irritating. This is the first time this has happened and very unfortunate. The plastic collar stiffers were also left on the shirts once again after repeated requests to leave off.

I am still awaiting an answer- why did they not press the curtains after sewing the!!
The service was prompt and the mending was excellent. Unfortunately the small soiled areas were still visible.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The staff was kind enough, it wasn't that. The price is what got me. I brought in my 3 winter jackets for drycleaning (one of them my sons'). I dropped off the jackets, thinking I'd try them out as I live just around the corner. We didn't speak of the cost as I just figured it would be the standard drycleaning fees. Terrible experience. Was quoted one price over the phone. A higher and different one when I dropped off and then double when I went to pick up. The gentleman next to me picking up was also was completely shocked as his shirts were also double of what he thought. Absolute terrible service and a complete rip off
