I brought in a favourite leather jacket to Carousel for a cleaning estimate. Even though I ultimately chose not to proceed, I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism they showed. They researched the safest way to clean the jacket without affecting its colour or shape, and when I offered to pay for their time, they refused they were simply happy to help.
