I love the pick up/drop off service. This is good value for $15. I’m hoping it’s a one-time payment and not yearly. You give great customer service in the shop (I use the North Van location). The quality of cleaning is very good too. I do think the prices are a bit too high though.

All my previous interactions have been perfect. The clothes have always been finished meticulously and the staff very polite. On this last occasion, there was a slight communication glitch. I had asked for all shirts to be hung not folded, but 2 out 7 shirts were folded. Not a huge problem but contrary to my instructions.
