Carousel Cleaners was bought by Wayne and Anne Bastien in 1972, the jewel of a chain of cleaning stores across BC. awesome. i didnt think they would be able to get it to look like new again but they work their magic and voila
Wonderful professional cleaners! They cost a bit more, but the quality in service & results is very apparent. The counter ladies are so friendly & parking is convenient. Love the use of technology (emails when the order is ready). The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I haven't used their pick-up/drop-off service yet.
the clothes are always returned clean and they take excellent care of them as well. Great customer service and employees!
Your ladies on the front line are your best asset. You need a on duty seamtress. I have to go to the mall seamtress. Otherwise, Keep up the great work
Excellent quality drycleaning and service. My suit was perfectly cleaning without ruining it and my shirts were pristine. Plus pick up and delivery service....no brainer..
My biggest concern was my fav suit (other dry cleaning experiences have been sub-par) which needed cleaning...absoluty perfect job done! Also the shirts were pristine...plus pick up and delivery...what's not to like...

I recently just moved to West Vancouver, so I thought I'd try out Carousel Cleaners in Park Royal. Although it is pricier than other dry cleaners (which I suspected, I believe it is worth it. My dress came out looking brand new, and the water stains appear to have been taken out that other dry cleaners could not do. Carousel Cleaners is quite professional in that they send you an email on your first visit welcoming you, when your garment is ready for pickup, and when you've picken up the garment. The new store in north van isn't officially open but accommodated my drop off no problem great friendly staff
