I was not called on the day that was promised to receive a quote on a garment that I had dropped of for alteration. Instead, I had to call a day or 2 later to enquire about the status of my garment. This was frustrating, however, once I called and was able to speak with the representatives I was provided with a swift response; and this was very much appreciated.

I love these guys. I moved away from West Vancouver 6 years ago and still drive back there to do my Dry Cleaning. It helps of course that they deliver it back to me anyway. Would never go anywhere else.

The Trench coat was returned within a few days however when I got home I noticed the comments stating some of the stains could not be cleaned and when I took the jacket out of the plastic bag there was a very strong odour from the products used I have left the coat out to air as this was not expecting the product to be returned this way considering cost of the service too I should have inspected the returned jacket before leaving the store
Excellent service- the cleaners even noticed a seam that needed repaired and arranged to have it sewn
