We have been loyal customers of Carousel for several years and have always found the quality of the work they do and the service they provide to be first class. Highly recommend them.
We don’t put our laundry out for pick up every week. We have a sporadic schedule. Nevertheless, we have never been forgotten. I had to delay drop off, as we were going away for the weekend. No questions or concerns from Carousl. All service is done with pride and pleasure. Thank you so much for all you do!

I took in my favourite white jacket to be dry cleaned, not knowing it couldn't be dry cleaned or even bleached (I didn't check the labels). The representative at Carousel Cleaners was super honest and helpful from the start, she said she would wait to check with someone else to see what they could do and then called me to let me know the option which was soaking in a non-bleach whitener of some kind. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.
We considered going to Carousel for about a year, but we were very loyal to our previous dry cleaner. After we moved, we still stayed with our old cleaner even though Carousel offered delivery service. Finally we decided to give them a shot. Best decision ever and we should have done this much sooner. Very professional, courteous and friendly. We also enjoy the fact that they have eco friendly cleaning solutions and provide an option to professionally fold our shirts or hang them. Thank you
