Always a good experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent dry cleaning. Items are returned beautifully cleaned and pressed and special requests have always been addressed. Thanks for your fine work!!
The newly cleaned drapes looks beautiful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because when I picked them up, I was only given one panel by mistake, not two; however, they did deliver the other panel to my home later in the day.

This is almost a fully automated system..pick up drop off and receipts electronically. Plus an excellent cleaning job....Carousel have saved some expensive pieces of clothing from dreadful marks
