You were polite and prompt. The dry cleaning fell off the hangar onto the floor and you offered to clean it again which was nice but in hindsight a discount or something might have been a nice gesture as well. But I didn’t ask for one so I can’t really complain. It was embarrassing for everyone and no harm was done. So all was good.
