Your customer service is very good. Somebody misplaced my tie. Of coures it was my best tie(ha ha). She said they would send it to me when found.

You were polite and prompt. The dry cleaning fell off the hangar onto the floor and you offered to clean it again which was nice but in hindsight a discount or something might have been a nice gesture as well. But I didn’t ask for one so I can’t really complain. It was embarrassing for everyone and no harm was done. So all was good.
