I showed up to the location on south Timberline on 2 May a few minutes after closing and a very nice lady came up front to assist me with the drop off system. She let me know that there would be no charge for Military Uniforms. The service was excellent and I think it is wonderful that there are still businesses that support military and veterans.

Excellent help from your staff as this was my first use of yuor services. can I get the coupon extended?

The coupons received are good for a full 24 hour period once you bring items in to drop off. I have been VERY unhappy with the store closures and the use of automated systems. I enjoy the interaction w/ your employees- that’s what makes it fun. I’m specifically talking about the Shields/Raintree location. I haven’t been to Harmony/Timberline in awhile because I no longer have an office off Timberline. We’ve now moved to Windsor.

We have begun a remodel at the Loveland store which will include our 24/7 Express kiosk that allow drop off and pick up access anytime its convenient for you. We will still have normal attendant hours but we want to allow anytime access for customers that want the convenience. Danielle, I've recently started using your cleaners again post C19. I feel i must pass on to you tiur customer service has dropped considerably. I believe I've written you in the past regarding the excellent service I've received pre-C19. However, you now have 2 young ladies that I have encountered that rarely offer a greeting, or a thank you.
