I dropped off a two-piece suit and my jacket was missing a button I thought for sure I had put it in my jacket pocket but could not find it. I bought a replacement button while my suit was at cleaner's but when I picked it up and brought it home to sew the button on it it was already sewn on. Thank you for finding the button in one of the pockets and sewing it on for me.

You all need to be more open about honoring your coupons during payment versus saying that you have to present them when you drop off the clothing. Otherwise the service is fantastic.
