All my dress shirts were ruined and I had to replace them. I have been using Burke cleaners for many years and never had a problem before. I was disappointed when I was given back shirts that the color was all off, sleeves were different color than the rest of the shirt. It was not just a single shirt, all of them. You could see that something went wrong and after bringing it to your attention the only fix was they just sent them through again and returned them to me in the same condition, acting like nothing was wrong. I applied a 25% coupon that was emailed to me for dry cleaning to an order for 4 wool shirts and itbshowed accepted, but the coupon was NOT applied. What is worse, when I asked the attendant if the coupon was applied, I was told a 30% discount was given. When I checked my receipt there wasn't ANY discount applied. I do not appreciate being lied to. I don't understand why you email coupons but when a customer applies it to an order, the discount is not given. Your customer service is awful.

Hello Cheryl, I looked into your order and the coupon that you were sent on March 2nd was a 25% off for 3 days only. That coupon automatically expires in 3 days. Since it was sent to you on the March 2nd it expired on March 4th. You dropped your items off on March 5th at 8:19pm. You did have a 30% coupon on your account as well, but that was a 30% off of household items. Since you did not have any household items that coupon did not deduct anything. I came on Saturday PM. Your 24/7 sign was not on, not very bright inside & the doors were locked. Did I miss something? You are 24/7 like I was told?

I watched video after we closed Fri evening and the lights and sign were on and a number of customers came in. By chance we're you at another location. I would have given you five stars but we had to contact you to find out if you had finished with our comforter, you didn’t contact us as you said you would. That being said you did an excellent job getting cat urine off a light colored spread. The smell and stain were totally gone

I brought my husband's suit in and they lost my husband's very nice dress shirt. It was found a week later but the lady at the desk was kinda cold each time I came in

The cost was very high and the items were not even pressed very well. One was not done at all.

I asked for military creases pressed into my uniform shirt. They were mostly done correctly. The creases I In the backside were pressed all the way up into the yoke and to the shoulder seam -collar. I only have one shirt (a long sleeve) that requires this. My shirt sleeve uniform shirts have the creases sewn in.

My husband went to pick up his two shirts and one pair of pants and was handed somebody else’s clothes he gave them back but she kept trying to give him a blue suit that wasn’t his .He got his two shirts and he said I still need my pants finally got what he needed. He was not happy
