There was a stain in my pants that was not removed. When I tried contacting support through my email, your system was giving me errors and would not let me contact anyone.

Some shirts were wet and some were not pressed at all. I have not worn any of the 7 shirts I dropped off. three shirts look like nothing was done and one high end shirt is worse now then when I dropped it off. In the past all was done well.

I don't like the kiosk and miss the good customer service I used to get. I wish I could speak with someone who can address my concerns and be able to get the number of garments counted (not feeling good about no accountability with that), and I want to be able to tell someone that I want light starch. But everything is now on the computer, and for some this might be more convenient, but I'm not a big fan of this!!

The 24/7 kiosks provide anytime convenience for customers looking for that option which allows drop off and pick up at your convenience, including the ability to provide any special instructions you wish to add. Had a discount of 15% off of drycleaning but when I picked it up no discount had been applied. Asked the clerk who said I ordered faster pickup which I did not mean to do. When dropping off, I was asked if I wanted a Monday pick up and thought the system said a 20% discount I can't see that well and actually found that 20% was added negating my discount. For the second time in a row, you have returned to me shirts that arent presentable without additional ironing. You are charging top dollar for inconsistent work. I wont be using your services any more. You seem to be more focussed on your infrastructure (robots and trucks) and have lost track of the quality aspect of your business. Jay
