Customer Service was great, kind, polite, enthusiasm for profession.🙂 Item was white, seems less white now, also wrinkles. Unable to assist with pillow covers, would like ability for pillow cleaning.

The overall experience was OK — but at $9.50 to dry clean my pants — I will just go ahead and buy a brand new pair every 5 rounds of cleaning. The reason I dry clean my dress clothes is for them to last longer — but if I spend a $100 every ten rounds of cleaning — I will do it myself and will buy new ones!

I received a shirt back with a hole in it and it was hastily and poorly patched without my knowledge. I took it back and asked for justice on the matter. They just recleaned it and charged me for a new clean.

1. Prices have gone up for no other reason that I can understand except that there’s a new owner - who remains elusive. 2. There’s no longer a military discount. 3. Good morning Padro, we do thank you for your feedback and sorry if there was any miscommunication. Regarding the pricing there has been changes but those were made to eliminate upcharges and other fees for things such as special fabrics (silks, linens), Lined pants, etc... as our goal is to simplify this process. Other items such as blouses and comforters the pricing went down. The only real increase was laundered shirts by $.01 and that was simply done to round the pricing out.
