Why do I have to give you my credit card info to store my address? I do not want to store my credit card. Not sure why you need my address either if I dont do delivery.

You lost a shirt. No calls, even after I left several messages. Nothing has been done to resolve. Terrible customer service.

This review is only for my last order. In the past I've been satisfied. I dropped off my coat about 3 weeks ago picked it up yesterday brought it home and it looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. It was clear It had not been dry cleaned properly. If even touched before putting a plastic bag over it. There was still same crumbs on the sleeve that were on there when I dropped it off. We are going to reprocess your coat and make sure that it is lint rolled and also get the button replaced with the matching button that was found at no charge.
