This review is only for my last order. In the past I've been satisfied. I dropped off my coat about 3 weeks ago picked it up yesterday brought it home and it looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. It was clear It had not been dry cleaned properly. If even touched before putting a plastic bag over it. There was still same crumbs on the sleeve that were on there when I dropped it off.
