My daughter's favorite white ski jacket had bright pink lipstick all over it from being washed with lipstick in the pocket. I didn't think it would come out. You got it out!

Brought a brand new suit in for pressing for my daughters wedding picked up they lost the pants and blamed me saying it came in with jacket only the girl gave me no claim ticket when I dropped off had to buy a second suit for the wedding

5 shirts: I was not informed that shirts were ready for pick up. Collars of three shirts were wrinkled.

Already did... shirts were not done well at all. Way too expensive for pants, I was also charged the wrong price on the shirts... I was offered a gift certificate for a store credit, but not enough to make it worth the effort... $10.00 off my next visit, but that isn’t even enough to cover the shirts that need redone. Let alone time... find another place

I’ve noticed on my last two dry cleanings that my collars are really wrinkled and I had to press them before I wore them. Also on the sleeves, the same thing where it looks like they pressed them folded.

My clothes were brand new that just needed pressing. The first time I came to pick them up they were so wrinkled they looked better when I dropped them off. I was called by the manager in Ft. Collins and she apologized and also informed me that one of my shirts had gotten a stain on it and they had to send it out !!!! When I picked up my clothes the shirts looked little better than they did the first time but I had to catch a flight out and had to take them as is. Disappointed in customer service & getting spot out on shirt !!

Lynn, we want all our customers 100% satisfied. Although we cannot guarantee stain removal we sure try our best and would be happy to try again. We just try and stop short of damaging garments so that may have been the case. We would be happy to try again at no charge. Just let the store staff know Jeff sent you in for a re-clean. Thank you
