Lost item - handmade baby alpaca ankle socks. Attendant less than helpful, said manager would reach out and have yet to hear from anyone.

Actually you did a nice job with my cleaning however when I signed up and gave you my email I did NOT know that I would receive frequent emails and offers that I do not want nor care for. I have attempted to unsubscribe numerous times but when I hit unsubscribe your site takes me to your offers without an unsubscribe option. PLEASE take me off your emails. When I need cleaning I know where you are. \

Clothes we left there were donated because we hadn’t picked them up - which would be understandable had we been notified. (The clothes were dropped at the beginning of the pandemic and were work-related clothes that weren’t needed for months and months. Out fault for neglecting to get the clothes.). You guys cleaned my wedding dress and table cloths from the reception. At first I was going to be charged $800 for the table cloths then you guys called me to give me a lower price of $2.50 per lb. I asked for a final quote since I didn't know exactly how much the table cloths weighed. I was fine with it being under $50 but I never got a final quote. Cleaning 1 pair of boys pants for $9.25 is an outrageous price. I was told you wouldn’t accept a coupon at time of pickup, only at drop off. However, I didn’t see a sign regarding this & it wasn’t on coupon. It was not very welcoming environment.
