Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. Items dropped off are always ready I'm just a day or 2 and the text notification is a great reminder and service. The staff always greets with a smile!

Everyone is kind and very professional! The dry cleaning is superb! They even get spots out that I hadn’t previously noticed! I’ve been having my clothes dry-cleaned for 50 years and Brothers is by far the best. I don’t get men’s shirts done any longer, but I wouldn’t hesitate to have Brothers clean any shirts!
