Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Very pleasant associate. All stains removed from a white cotton/polyester dress that had been packed in a drawer for years, including deep under arm stains. Very pleased!!
I am very pleased with the quick turnaround and quality of cleaning of my comforter.
I was disappointed that you were not able to remove the stain in my pants even after I brought the hanger that caused the stain. I would have preferred that you told me that you could not remove it. Also, the elastic and the fabric in my knit pants were stretched in the process of cleaning them. I don’t know if this is the cleaner for my better garments.
