Brother’s is super focused on the customer, and our experience is that the personal touch they provide and the quality of their service, delivery and the way they effectively communicate is superior to any cleaner we’ve used in the past. In fact I had a specialty item - a boat console cover made from sumbrella that needed an insert for an antenna, and the seamstress at the main office in Raleigh custom ordered and installed the aluminum insert - super impressive and kind of Brothers to adapt to our needs with speedy turnaro... read more
