Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. As always Brothers cleaners does a great job.
Let just say I moved 20 minutes from the Six Forks location and drive specifically to that location, as I pass the one on Atlantic Ave, why because of the great service I receive. Love how my comforters and clothes turn out and how friendly the people are when I come in. Will not take the chance and go to Atlantic Ave location. Don’t mind the drive
