I am still not receiving Email notifications when my clothes are ready for pick up.
I brought my suit to you all that a prior cleaners had not done a good job on with in hopes that you all could do better on it. The lady that I spoke with didn't offer any promises but stated you all would try your best to fix it by a good pressing. When I picked it up, it looked no different than when I brought it in. It actually looked like it had never been touched $14 later. I at least expected it to look like it had been in different hands. Very disappointed
Prices are already expensive and extra fees are ridiculous. I had to pay $2 to see buttons back on. That was an extra $16. The robe that once cost $17 to clean now cost $40. Smh. Will be searching for a more reasonable cleaners.

Josh is always friendly and prompt. The clothes are clean , pressed, and handled with care. My clothes are hung in a place on the porch so that it is not noticeable from the street. Thanks so much!
We use the delivery service which is supposed to be pick up and return in the same week but our route driver has become incredibly reliable that we wait weeks for our clothes and only after we have to beg and plead to get our clothes back. Also, high end clothing has disappeared and Brothers gets angry and won’t return your calls when you notify them of items you didn’t get back, much less pay for these items. Customers should be aware they do not inventory what comes in, only what they charge you for - that says it all!
I usually give 5 stars for this rating. But after paying $188.00 for all my clothes, I decided to take a look at my receipt. Good thing that I did. I had 13 jeans that were all the same blue jeans and they charged me all different prices for these jeans ranging from $8.62 to $10.92. How is this even possible. I simply could not understand how you could charge me different prices for the same pair of blue jeans. My jacket was there for a minute In I. pick up today n still not fix.
The lady that checked our cleaning in was the same lady that checked us out Saturday, and she couldn’t have any nicer or any more cheerful and just very professional. She makes bringing your cleaning in a pleasure
