Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. The service is always great, the worker are great.
Brothers cleaned all of our belongings due to a fire. Everything was cleaned and protected so well! Now we use them weekly for dry cleaning and such great service! Dogs like the treats that are left for them!
As always, my expectations are always met. Knowledgeable ladies at the front always ready to answer any questions. The clothes always right, at the right time. As you know, I driive over an hour an a half to be at Brothers Cleaners.
