Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Jennifer is always amazing, absolutely stellar customer service. . I really appreciate the personal service. The price for shirts does seem to be more than the past, $86 with a discount on 25 shirts does seem a little high.
I give the business one star because we are in a pandemic and both employees, the one who accepted my items and the one who returned the item when I came to pick up the order DID NOT WEAR MASKS!! Even though there are less restrictions, Covid 19 is still within us!!
Went to our original cleaners and they said it would be 1 week for service. I found this not exceptable so came to your establishment and service was only 3 days. Receive text next day that cleaning was done . Great service until the payment came and it was $34 for 6 shirts and 2 pants. At my original cleaners would have $14. I will not use your service because it’s way over priced.
$8 for a pair of pants? Absolutely not worth it.
When I dropped off my dress, the employee was cordial and helpful. When I picked up my dress, not so much. The employee didn't say thank you after I paid, but I did. She never said anything. I felt the no response was rude and felt my business was not appreciated!
No screwups
Well, the pricing is excessive! $8 to dry clean a T-shirt? $2.95 for laundry a cotton shirt? I found out its $1.5 elsewhere. We are not in NY or SFO which is even cheaper than your location. I will be going elsewhere.
