Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I have unsubscribed your emails for over a year and, yet, I still get your emails. Lately, I get an error message when I try to unsubscribe. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR EMAIL LIST! I don’t have ant clothes that require dry cleaning and can do my own laundry.
How can you give me a coupon for 20% off of a laundry service which you call Wash and Fold if you do not even offer this service. Check your website; it's not there. I would like to know the regular price of Wash and Fold to know what 20% means.

I left two suits and a pea coat on Fri March 24 and I was told they will be available Saturday (the following day) 5:30 PM. I went back on Monday and only the two suits were found. I was told that I was going to receive a call on Monday from the manager to update me on the missing pea coat that apparently was sent out,. Usually great, however I dropped off so it would be done so I could pack clothes for a trip. I went to pick up at 1:15 on my way to a movie. A sign said be back in 15 minutes. I gave it until 1:35 and now one ever showed up. If you say you are going to be open for 5 hours on Saturday, you should be open for all 5 hours. Very disappointing.
