Great job with the stains on the blouse. But I was disappointed that the 10% Thursday Senior discount didn't apply when picking up my item, but only applies to when the item is dropped off. I am paying for it on Thursday, so why not apply it at time of redeeming the item. Just very disappointed in that policy.

Service & friendly staff were excellent. But the 20% coupon I received via email before my pickup date was denied. Don’t send them out if you’re not going to honor them.
