It depends how you define experience. The people who work in the storefront are perfectly pleasant, the cleaning is always done on time, and that’s a plus. Here comes the “BUT”. Your pricing structure is outrageously high...this from someone who is used to New York City cleaners and pricing...so high, that if I had a good alternative nearby, I would definitely use it. Hi Jim, thanks for the question. We last increased prices in 2018. Connecticut did impase Sales tax of 6.35% of drycleaning services as of January 1, 2020

The person whom helped me last Thursday night when I dropped my clothes off and tonight when I picked them up was very nice and professional. I did mention to her that nobody answered the phone this past Saturday afternoon, 12/5. I called at 3:00 and 4:00 PM. I believe your open until 5:00. My calls Went to vmail. My initial Google search said your NH location open until 5:00 on Sundays. Your actual website says your not. FYI.
