Took extra care to handle a hand made quilt from my sister who lives in Minnesota. Also, while I did not have the receipt for a long overdue pickup, your representative pulled it up on the computer and was able to find an item which I had looked for periodically over the last two months, but could not find.

Front of store help can be unfriendly to the point of making me uncomfortable. Good job on cleaning although a bit pricey. Not going there anymore because I feel stress from dealing with the surly women that work the front on old Lyme.

We had an emergency 2 days before our daughter was to get married. Rose was able to fit us in her busy schedule. She fixed our other daughter’s dress and hemmed it. Rose, thank you again for all your help! You’re an amazing seamstress!!!!!
