Always a terrific job. My only complaint is with shirts. Not enough starch for the collars. Always come back wrinkled like they weren’t even done. Had the same problem at another dry cleaner. I live with it

Very Nice people at the store! The pressing of the shirts from the Simsbury store has always been pretty lousy. The pressing in Glastonbury is pretty good.
Best is the “Best”. Clothes are ready on the same day and are always looking good. The staff is always pleasant and professional.
You put in a new zipper on my jacket. The zipper was great, but I had requested that you also clean the jacket. When I got the jacket home I saw that it had not been cleaned. I called & talked to the manager (I don’t remember her name) & she said if I brought it back they would clean it w no extra charge. The next day my jacket was clean!
