Update on prior review (which was 4 stars). The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star review was because of 1 experience where I had a coupon I was told I could no longer use. Carmen reached out to me with in minutes of my review and went above and beyond to resolve my issue! Again my original review was only reflective of that one experience. Over the past year I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of their dry cleaning and service. Thank you Carmen!
