It’s all about the people - friendly, smiling, helpful every time I go in to drop off or pick up. The first contact I have with Best Cleaners - each time I use them - Is at the front desk. Frankly, what happens after I leave the counter really doesn’t matter. Yes - my clothes are clean, my shirts are pressed but what I really remember is how friendly and helpful your up front staff is every day!!

I needed alterations to a costume ball gown and the seamstresses at the Middletown store were so professional and friendly about it. They were interested in what I was going as and helped me with a few quick ideas on the alterations. They had me pinned and fitted within a quick timeframe. After pick up, I went home and tried it on. The dress fit beautifully and their sewing work is top notch. Highly recommend them.

It is always great service when I go there. I don't really get my receipts back after I pay, so I never know who it is who helped me when I dropped off or picked up. All I know is that there is a consistency of great service by everyone
