I had the tailor put a zipper in ski jacket. Excellent workmanship. Very pleasant and attentive people working in the store.

The personal touch and ease of picking up/dropping off to my home is pretty awesome. Also the ease of process to let Mike know digitally is pretty cool. No phone call, just respond back to the email when they send a reminder makes it so easy. Also Mike is always there to answer your question and helping if you need anything.

It’s all about the people - friendly, smiling, helpful every time I go in to drop off or pick up. The first contact I have with Best Cleaners - each time I use them - Is at the front desk. Frankly, what happens after I leave the counter really doesn’t matter. Yes - my clothes are clean, my shirts are pressed but what I really remember is how friendly and helpful your up front staff is every day!!
