Front of store help can be unfriendly to the point of making me uncomfortable. Good job on cleaning although a bit pricey. Not going there anymore because I feel stress from dealing with the surly women that work the front on old Lyme.

It depends how you define experience. The people who work in the storefront are perfectly pleasant, the cleaning is always done on time, and that’s a plus. Here comes the “BUT”. Your pricing structure is outrageously high...this from someone who is used to New York City cleaners and pricing...so high, that if I had a good alternative nearby, I would definitely use it. Excellent results with hemming 6 pairs of pants. The price was higher than I expected especially for some unlined pants but very happy with results.
