Had 2 items shirt and pants. They could not find the pants! Woman was very nice but now I’ll have to go back

$11.70 is way too expensive to clean a sweater. There are many cleaners locally that I will frequent in the future. I will not be going to Best. Cleans in the future. Competitors are plentiful!
