Service was professional and exceptionally friendly. Cost was reasonable, my stain was removed and all within 24 hours. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I’m sorry I forgot the young lady’s first name, she was awesome!

Genesis in the Plainville store was really helpful! I mistakenly printed my coupon and brought it in near closing time on a Saturday versus electrinically processing it but she abley assisted on the last day of validity and I was able to receive my discount!
