I brought my coupon in at the time of drop off and handed it to the manager. She said she would take care of it. I returned when notified to pick up dry cleaning and was told that because I already clicked on a 15 % discount on an email I would not be able to use the 30% coupon I brought in.. Vety expensive and not very customerf friendlly had a coupon which i wAnted to use i thought wad good untill end of month not doing a lot if dry cleaning these days And missed by 3 days i would not of done the drycleaning so i spent 45 dollars that I really didnt have someone should if contacted me to let me know before they assumed i would want to spend that much when i wanted to use a coupon.

Hello, I noticed while dropping off this week that my laundry bag which had been relatively new had been switched. I was dropping off a much older bag with my shirts to be laundered. I find this to be odd and probably unsanitary during this pandemic. My name-tag was on this older bag but it certainly had been switched. This is not ok with me.
