I picked up 6 sweaters about 6 weeks ago. I don’t believe I have any others there.

Cleaners lost six shirts and two pairs of tailored suit pants. Claim that I never dropped off a bag, but somehow this one shirt on my drop-off made it through the system.

Do not recommend... wont be responsible for items they lose. Have used for years, will no longer. This store lost gorgeous Eskander top, just disappeared and they won't be responsible to pay for.

Brought in a white comforter for laundering. When I picked it up it was much dirtier than when I dropped it off. I smelled it and it did not even smell clean. It was obvious that the blanket was not cleaned and was probably placed on the floor where it became very dirty. Staff offered to clean it again but I opted not to. Very disappointed and will not return. This was my first and last experience with Best.

I just dropped off my bag. It was 10:03 and I was told it would have to be tomorrow by 4. I guess the 3 minutes make a big different but this will be my last visit. You lost a very loyal customer.

Two off the shorts were not even pressed.. Very disappointing. I picked up my clothes on Tuesday afternoon.

Absolutely no spots were removed and didn’t looked cleaned at all - will never go back

The item we cleaned really did not come out good snd it cost 80 Dollars

Paula I do apologize we can reclean the rug for you. With carpets it can be more difficult to remove stains but we will be happy to have it done for you at no charge.
