I am very disappointed my dress was still wrinkled in the bottom, so I could not wear it in the party because that plastic bag that covering the dress the tied knot making so wrinkled from the bottom front and back

I went in to pick up my cleaning and Janet was really not patient with processing my order. I presented her with a coupon and she had a hard time processing my order. I told her to process my comforter first as I had two orders to pick up. I wish Lori was there because she is great to work with. Janet also stated that she was done with her shift and she had to leave. I was there at 1:45PM and I left at 2:02PM
19 shirts were placed in one green bag. Two green bags were provided. Shirts ended up wrinkled

Dry cleaning and subsequent pressing men’s dress pants has not been good. Multiple press lines both front and back.

You did a horrible job cleaning my daughter's wedding dress. So much so that I took it elsewhere to be cleaned.

Missing my dads suit pants and have to wait until they call everyone who picked up clothes in that section call back to see if they have his pants. Just Terrible!
