dry cleaning not done properly. 3 sweaters all have had lower border loosened after I got them dry cleaned. Your process of dry cleaning needs to be looked into.

Hello Kelly, Thank you for your review. I looked into the issue and see that the coupons clicked did not apply to the order. There was a 30% off households and a 30% off 5 or more shirts and you had two pants, a sweater and two polos. I apologize for the confusion, I have put a credit onto your store account in the amount of $12.75 which would have been the 30% off. You can use the credit on a future visit.
You did clean the sugar from melted cough drops out of the wool.
