Clothes had stains and they offered me free service. My clothes cost more than a free cleaning
First time this happened at this store: dropped my blue bag full of clothes Monday before 9am as was traveling the next day. Arrived after 5p to pick them up and the girl said my clothes weren't supposed to be ready by 5p. She offered next day. I assume she was new and did not know that when someone brings a blue bag full of clothes before 9 a.m. that means they are to be ready by 5 p.m. So obviously I travelled without those clothes.
