Once again, I left Best cleaners disappointed. More than a week ago I was told my lost shirt would be replaced (missing for over 1 month), and nothing... maybe coming from wish? I was also told I'd get a 15% discount...I was given a 1.72 discount on an order that was about 119.00! I've spent too much time with Best and quite frankly in tired of making a trip there and either coming out empty handed, or with no resolution at all. I'm fed up!

Lost a dress shirt, still haven't heard if you have found it. I spend a lot of money there and the only discounts I get sent are for curtains?? I only bring my clothes there, but I'm really considering other options.

Brought our son's pants in to get them shortened. They were suppose to be done on Monday Dec 13th as he had a very important concert the next day. Got there at 4pm and found they had not been touched, the tailor had gone home and we were left with just his pants pinned. Very disappointed as you were recommended by a few people who we will make sure know our experience.

Brian- I am sorry that we were not able to provide the services that recommenders told you about. Our seamstresses are backed up and alteration promise dates are 2 -2 1/2 weeks out. If you would still like the pants done we would love to do them for you.
I brought in a king size quilt, white with blue print. I mentioned some grayed and yellow areas, asked if that would be able to out, as it was just dingy. I was told no problem. After picking up the quilt, it was a month or so before I put the quilt on my bed and those dingy areas were still there. It was disappointing that it didnt come out and/or not being told that they couldnt come out.

Terrible customer service. Have called and emailed numerous times regarding a missing item and have not received a response! Of course, I continue to receive an email telling me I have an item to be picked up. I am a delivery customer.

I gave feedback back in October and never heard anything back. I could not believe that it cost me almost $100 to have three, two piece suits, dry cleaned, not same or next day pickup, etc. The convenience of having my shirts done at $4 per shirt is no longer worth it. Coupons and availability are useful but with timing parameters sometimes they can't be applied. Your pricing has driven me away!

THE WAY THEY AR PRESSING MY SHIRTS IT'S CAUSING THEM TO BUCKLE RIGHT IN THE FRONT. TOO MUCH STARCH WAS ADDED TO MY SHIRT CAUSING THE BUTTONS TO BECOME BRITTLE.
