Good service for the most part. The Brown pair of dress pants that I sent to be cleaned came back with the clip broken where it clips the pants together at the belt line. They are supposedly in process of being fixed. I am looking forward to getting them back. Have a blessed day!

Typically excellent but two things: The blue dry cleaning bag wasn't returned with my cleaned clothes; I'd like to send shirts to be cleaned but you still have my dry cleaning bag. Second: I've asked before that my dry cleaning not be hung from the front door knocker: it's going to destroy the door knocker, scratch the front door, and likely pull the door knocker off. It's fine the shirts are hung from the flag mount.
Great service. Apparently there was a problem with my credit card for a charge of .01. I have contacted the credit card company. All information on my account is correct and there's no reason for the charge to be declined. I also questionned the amount that was on my receipt since I had a credit on my account but I think that's resolved based on the .01 charge to my card.

You did a fine job on all my elderly Dad's clothing. Thank you. He recently passed away, and with COVID, I practically wear PJs to work. So there hasn't been any dry-cleaning as of late.
