In fact, his grandfather founded the original Best Cleaners in Connecticut in 1957, and while his father is no longer involved with the company, it is still owned and managed by family members today. I typically love you guys, but you left stains in my coat I sent for you to clean. Didnt point them out and charged me full price. I asked upon dropping would the stains be a problem and I was assured they wouldn't be. It was disappointing 😞

Just left Best Cleaners in Latham where Christina has again gone above and beyond to help me. I thought I had lost a favorite sweater and Christina took her time to look back on my other orders where she found the sweater had already been picked up. My carelessness was to blame but I have great appreciation for Best Cleaners and Christina for her patience and kindness. All is well, I have my beloved sweater and I am again very happy with Best Cleaners!

This was my first time using Best Cleaners. Service was excellent. The store had great protection for employees and customers. Clothing was ready as promised.
