Owner operator Carmella knows her business skills. She walked up to me (a new comer to your firm) Asked how can I help you? After explained who I was, etc, Carmella stated " A very welcome to you, how can i HELP YOU TODAY? She described all the services available, the hours, days open, etc. gave me an overview of the company.
